Snap 360 Photo Booths – Hire Agreement & Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"Company" means Snap 360 Photo Booths (ABN 37 505 948 897) and its employees or agents.

"Client" means the person, company, or organisation hiring the Photo Booth.

"Hire Period" means the date, time, and duration of hire as agreed in the booking confirmation.

"Equipment" means the 360 Photo Booth, props, lighting, platform, and any accessories provided by the Company.

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit of $250 is required to secure the booking. This fee is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event.

Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received and written confirmation is provided.

All prices quoted include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

The $250 deposit is non-refundable.

If the Client cancels more than 14 days before the event, any additional balance paid (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

If Snap 360 Photo Booths cancels for reasons within its control, a full refund will be issued.

If cancellation is due to external factors (e.g. natural disaster, power outage, venue restriction), a credit or reschedule may be offered.

4. Delivery, Access & Setup

Two trained staff will attend and operate the booth for the duration of the event.

Set-up and pack-down time is complimentary and does not count toward the hire period.

The Client must ensure:

- A safe, level, and accessible area of at least 4x4m is available.

- A power outlet is available within 5 metres of the booth location.

- Clear access for delivery and pack-down, free from obstacles, stairs, or delays.

- Adequate weather protection is provided for outdoor setups (e.g. marquee).

- Instructions for the booth setup location are provided if the Client is not present during setup.

5. Use of Equipment

The booth will be operated by Snap 360 Photo Booths staff only.

Guests must follow all instructions for safe use.

The following are prohibited in and around the booth:

- Food or beverages

- Sharp/heavy objects

- Smoking

- Confetti, glitter, streamers, or face paint

- Climbing on or moving the platform

The booth must not be moved once set up.

Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult.

6. Behaviour, Emergencies & Staff Authority

Snap 360 Photo Booths staff reserve the right to end the service immediately if guests display any unruly, aggressive, or abusive behaviour. No refund will be provided.

In case of emergency (fire, weather, equipment fault), staff may cease booth operation and manage guest safety.

The Client is responsible for guest behaviour and damage caused by attendees.

7. Technical Issues & Service Delivery

If a technical issue occurs:

- Downtime under 30 minutes: no refund.

- Downtime over 30 minutes caused by Snap 360: credit or partial refund may apply.

- Total failure to deliver the service: full refund.

Backup equipment may be provided where available.

Poor Wi-Fi may prevent instant sharing of videos. In this case, footage will be stored and shared after the event upload.

8. Damage, Insurance & Liability

The Client is liable for any damage, theft, or loss of equipment caused during the hire period, excluding normal wear and tear.

Snap 360 Photo Booths is not responsible for:

Loss of enjoyment due to external venue or weather issues.

Loss of digital files once provided.

Indirect or consequential loss.

Use of the booth is at the guest’s own risk.

Public Liability Insurance is maintained by the Company.

9. Media Use & Content

Snap 360 Photo Booths retains copyright of all digital content created.

The Client gives permission for content (photos or video snippets) to be used for marketing unless advised otherwise in writing before the event.

If the Client does not want guests to access live clips, Snap 360 Photo Booths must be notified in advance.

The Client will receive the agreed content package.

10. Force Majeure

Snap 360 Photo Booths is not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond its control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, power failure, or government regulations.

By booking with Snap 360 Photo Booths, the Client confirms agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
